One of the best things to come with fall is pumpkin spice. Now,, don’t get me wrong I do love the chilly weather, multicolor leaves, and apple picking, but nothing can make me more excited than that very first sip of a pumpkin spice latte. I love how the sweetness will just melt into your mouth before leaving behind a creamy nutty aftertaste: Best. Feeling. Ever.

So, if you are anything like me, and also want to go find some good pumpkin spice. Then here are the top places you should go looking.

1. Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ Donuts offers not only strong pumpkin flavors, but a wide variety of menu items. You can get a multitude of different pumpkin coffees, hot or cold, along with pumpkin muffins and donuts. My go-to favorite is a simple medium iced coffee with three shots of pumpkin swirl. It contains the perfect balance of sweet to nutty, and it matches so well with a tasty pumpkin muffin.

2. Starbucks

If you are not big on Dunkin’ Donuts, there is no need to worry. Thankfully, Starbucks also has a large pumpkin selection. However, unlike Dunkin’, Starbucks offers a limited edition apple crisp flavor along with apple croissants and pumpkin loafs. If you are a St. Bonaventure student or faculty member, you can find some of these items at our very own Café La Verna.

3. Wendy’s

Wendy’s has come out with their very own pumpkin frosty, along with a pumpkin spice frosty cream cold brew. These newly added items have people rushing over to try, as they are only available for a limited time.

4. Tim Hortons

If you want something easy and reliable, then the Tim Hortons fall menu is for you. Like Dunkin’ and Starbucks, not only do they offer pumpkin coffee, donuts, and muffins, but they also added two new refreshers in the fall flavors: Peach and Spiced Apple Cranberry. Lastly, on their fall menu is a Maple Cinnamon Sugar Latte, available hot or cold.

5. Local Grocery Store

If all else fails, your local grocery store will more than likely carry a large selection of pumpkin items, especially in the bakery. You should be able to find pumpkin cookies along with pumpkin cake, cupcakes, muffins and more. And before you leave, don’t forget to check out the coffee and ice cream aisles as pumpkin flavors are likely to be found in those places as well.
