Jordan VollmerÂ
As a college student who enjoys going out on the weekends, I experiment with my makeup techniques frequently. My biggest problem, however, is getting my makeup to stay perfect all night long. The good news is, I have finally found my Holy Grail products that work for me when I find myself getting ready for a night out.Â
These are the products I reside to when I want to look my best, so I thought I would share them with you all, and maybe you’ll love them as much as I do!Â
1. Urban Decay Setting SprayÂ
I am currently trying out this one for oil control, but there are arrays of different sprays that are made to fit multiple skin types. I use this before and after my makeup application and this ensures that my makeup will last. Also, I find that it’s refreshing and can get rid of any cakey-ness built up from my makeup.Â
2. Too-Faced Shadow InsuranceÂ
It’s important to use an eye primer whenever you’re doing a dramatic eye makeup look. This Too-Faced product is a great base for any eyeshadow look. When I make the terrible mistake of forgetting to take my makeup off at night, I can be sure that my eye makeup will last until the the next morning with this product.Â
3. Covergirl Lash Blast WaterproofÂ
I make sure to always keep a tube of this around because it is the only mascara I’ve ever tried that is actually waterproof. You never know when your emotions will get the best of you, especially during a night out. This product ensures that I will not have black tears running down my face.Â
4. The Naked PalettesÂ
There are so many different eyeshadow looks that you can create with just one of these palettes. I tend to aim towards smokier looks when I go out, and it’s so easy to create with these palettes. These eyeshadows are also great quality and extremely pigmented, which means you’re getting your money’s worth because this can be a pricey product.Â
5. NYX Soft-Matte Lip CreamÂ
Matte lips are my new go-to for a night out. I have a number of favorite lip sticks that I use on the reg, but I just love these because they’re affordable, pigmented and there are so many options to choose from!Â
