Everyone is guilty to showing up late once in a a while. However, for some people (including me) the struggle of being on time is a little too real. Here are 12 signs that will verify if you truly are a chronically late person.
1.You’ve said the words, “I’m leaving now,” but have not even roll out of bed yet.
2. You’ve decided to get food/coffee before class and realize that by doing this you’ll be late. You continue to stand in line.
3. You have perfected tip-toeing late into class without your professor noticing you.
4. Your classmates place bets on your punctuality.
5. Your professor congratulates you when you are on time.
6. You were once SO close to being on time, but the people in front of you were moving so slow that once again you were late.
7. You’ve made up ridiculous excuses for being late instead of just admitting that you were to lazy to get up and get ready.
8. You are able to get ready in 5 minutes because you’re so used to running late.
9. You’ve strolled into a movie 10-20 minutes late on multiple occasions.
10. Your friends almost/have left you behind because they are sick of your lateness.
11. You’ve lied and said there was traffic when there really wasn’t.
12. You’ve accepted the fact that you will never be on time for anything and take the Queen of Genovia’s approach.
*The Queen of Genovia is chronically late, therefore there is nothing wrong with being late. Embrace it, love it.*
