We are now seven days into the third month of 2022. Times flies by so fast!
Last week, it was February, and I was still with my boyfriend of 2 years. Now, I am going through a breakup that has motivated me to get myself together and become the person I’ve always wanted to be.
Here is a list of all the major life changes I’ll be making this month. I hope I can inspire someone else in the same situation to change their lives as well.
- Go to the gym at least 5x a week
- Consistently eat healthy and hydrateÂ
- Start going to counseling for my mental health (especially during this tough time) once a week
- Allow myself to feel all of my emotions rather than bottling them up
- Work on improving my physical appearanceÂ
- Prioritize daily self-care over anything elseÂ
- Spend much more time with friends and familyÂ
- Allow myself to enjoy outings or new experiences
- Take on a new hobby or personal interestÂ
- Use music for inner healingÂ
- Trust the universe’s divine timeline for me
- Increase my knowledge and practice in spirituality and optimismÂ
- Broaden my horizons academically and professionallyÂ
- Allow myself to take it day by day
