1. Going for a nature hike:

Hiking and nature visits are a great way to de-stress and take your mind off of things that may be bothering you.  Seeing nature can maybe even put your problem into perspective.

 

2. Cleaning your room or bathroom:

Clearing clutter can make yourself feel less stressed because you are not looking at clutter!

 

3. Eating fruits and veggies:

I know that this can be hard in college, but there are so many studies that show nutritional and mental benefits to eating right.  Even adding frozen veggies to a meal will suffice!

 

4. Having a family dinner:

Either with your besties or with your actual family, a family dinner allows us to all talk about our days and vent!
