Yo yo yo readers of Her Campus. Welcome to SCU Cribs, where you can get the inside scoop on some of Santa Clara’s most luxurious, notorious, and victorious houses and apartments.
First up: Fishbowl. Some people call it the Wolf of Bellomy Street. Some people call it home. Let’s take a look.
Everyone knows the first thing we notice about Fishbowl is its beautiful, pristine green turf. Fishbowl’s residents sometimes find it hard to leave their house because of their adoration towards it. It’s just so plush! Below is a photo of Fishbowl’s very own, Alex Iversen, spending some quality time on his home turf.
Alright, let’s make our way inside the house. We are greeted with a lovely foyer of wait… just stairs. No one really knows why they are placed here. Talk about Feng Shui!
The stairs lead right up to our next stop: the roof. The roof is as exhilarating as it is fun. Anyone who is lucky enough to hang out on that roof ledge can take in the wonderful charm of good ole’ Bellomy Street on a sunny Santa Clara day. Not to mention, it has the perfect view of Fishbowl’s best asset: the turf.
This multi-million dollar mega mansion also comes with a guesthouse, or as some of the Fishbowl residents call it, the garage. The garage houses luxury black leather couches, a flat screen TV, and of course, a large American flag. It really is quite the cozy cocoon!
However, the real cozy cocoon is the master bedroom. Owners of the Presidential Suite, Senior Scott Newton and Chris Sovell, have some of the finest decorations and furnishings, including what Scott describes as “European linens and a European flag. France that is.”
Overall, the men of Fishbowl are not only lucky to live in such a fine establishment, but they are proud: I could only hope to live there someday. Stay tuned to see what pad is up next on SCU Cribs!
