Can the upcoming fall concerts coming to San Diego State University follow the awesomeness of the spring concerts? Last semester’s Viejas Arena shows included Rihanna, Blink 182, Ellie Goulding and Twenty One Pilots, while Open Air Theatre concerts included Halsey, Shawn Mendes and Walk the Moon. The upcoming fall concerts are filled with just as many great artists, but sadly some of the regular scheduled performers have been canceled.
The most anticipated Viejas Arena show this fall is Sia’s show on Oct. 5. Although, fans were also excited about the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour coming on Oct. 6; unfortunately, this show has been canceled. Girl group Fifth Harmony was originally scheduled to perform Oct. 16 at Open Air Theatre, but was also recently canceled. Both canceled shows are offering refunds.
Also at Viejas this semester are comedian Katt Williams, making stop at SDSU during his Conspiracy Theory tour and Mexican pop band MANÁ during their Latino Power TOUR on Nov. 18. At the time, the only upcoming scheduled performance at the Open Air Theatre is English rock band The 1975 on Oct. 15.
Tickets for all concerts can be purchased through Ticketmaster and other resale sites.
