The time is now to register for New England’s largest gathering in support of survivors of sexual assault, harassment, and abuse. On April 28th, 2019, join Boston Area Rape Recovery Center’s 13th annual Walk for Change to help raise money to end sexual violence.
If you already aren’t on board, here are three reasons why you should walk!
1. It is along DCR’s Constitution Beach in East Boston. This walk will give you the spring views you have been searching for all winter.
2. If you are interested in politics, you will be excited for this event. See Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley speak before the event! You will get to hear her inspiring words at the walk.
3. Raise money for a good cause. All proceeds will benefit the survivors of sexual violence,. This will help give survivors the tools they need to help them recover from their traumas.
