Forever 21 Leather Shorts – I know what you’re thinking, “leather shorts are way to scandalous and risky for everyday looks,” but I’m here to say that is a MYTH. Leather trousers, skirts, and shorts alike can be totally classy (or not if that’s your thing) if worn with intention. By opting for certain layers, shoe height, tights, and even certain hairstyles- you can completely change any stigmas surrounding leather garments.
Drop Waist Striped Top – This French-inspired long-sleeve has us dreaming of a trip to the Eiffel Tower- but until your Parisian getaway, a croissant at Dunkin Donuts will have to suffice. Seriously though, loose-fitting peplum tops are incredibly underrated for how fashionable (and comfortable) they are! I snagged this simple black and white striped one from T.J. MAXX, but explore the online shopping world and you’re sure to find an infinite supply.
Gray Infinity Scarf – Primark: $2… ‘nuff said.
Gray Beanie – I may have a slight addiction to winter/fall hats, but when Forever 21’s knit beanie sale rolls around every year, who wouldn’t?! If you wait until right around August to splurge on the perfect cap, you needn’t spend more than a couple dollars at a participating Forever 21 store near you.
Black Sheer Tights – Zooey Deschanel once said “I will wear tights even if it’s 100 degrees outside. Tights are my safety blanket,” and to a slightly less-extreme extent, I completely agree. Tights are a closet necessity for the bold and the simple alike. I typically go for a more sheer style (the ones with a lower denier scale), but thicker tights in fun reds and yellows are perfect for the fall!
White Rounded Sunnies – If clout goggles and cat eye sunglasses had a baby, these would be it. I actually don’t remember where I picked these up from, but they’re super fun, cheap, and surprisingly useful. *check out this website for a similar pair!
