Ever wondered why your favorite Starbucks drink has so many calories in it? It never really occurred to me until I got my first ever Chai Latte. It was of course very sweet and it prompted me to look up how much sugar was in it. I was shocked. I knew there was a lot, but this was heartbreaking!
