Discovering this recipe has been slightly dangerous, mostly because it’s so simple! For all of those who love cookie dough but seem to get a stomachache after eating the real stuff, this recipe is for you. It’s cookie dough made edible, in a smaller portion. It’s enough to split between two – or keep for yourself depending on your appetite.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flower
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 and ½ tbsp milk (I chose almond milk, but anything will work)
Pinch of salt
Any mix-ins you’d like: chocolate chips, M&Ms, etc.
- Soften butter in microwave
- Add all ingredients into bowl
- Mix until smooth/desired texture
- Enjoy!!!!
