We are lucky to go to school in such a fantastic town with a ton of things to do all year round. So whether you are a senior and are savoring your last few months in or a freshman just starting to appreciate the gems of Saratoga don’t miss these top attractions!
Mineral Baths
The motto for Saratoga is “health, history, horses” and what better way to indulge than to bathe in Saratoga’s famed waters? At both the Roosevelt Baths and the Crystal Spa you can enjoy an invigorating mineral bath meant to improve circulation, soften skin, and rejuvenate tired muscles.Â
Saratoga Racing Track & National Racing Museum
Most Skidmore students have visited the Saratoga racetrack at least once during their time here, yet few have set foot in the National Racing Museum. Even if you are not a racing enthusiast, the museum is fascinating and does a wonderful job explaining the history of Throughbred racing in America. The exhibitions are artfully arranged and it is not too big that it’s overwhelming.
