People love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and people love cookies. No-Bake chocolate chip cookie dough cups are essentially the best part about making cookies, combined with the smooth chocolate and familiar shape of Reese’s! With such an easy recipe, and no baking required, you can whip these up in no time.
Ingredients:Â
– 4 tablespoons of butter
– Chocolate chips or melting chocolate
– Any EGGLESS cookie dough (If you have extra time, go on an adventure and make them from scratch!)
Â
Â
Step 1: Line a mini-muffin or muffin tray with wrappers (If you don’t have a muffin tray on hand, no worries, use a plate instead!)Â
Step 2: Melt your chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to get a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin wrapper and around the sides. The chocolate should cover the entire bottom, but not thicker than 1/4 inch.
Step 4: Once all the wrappers are coated, place your plate in the fridge until your chocolate has hardened.
Step 5: Cookie dough time! If you’re using the cookie mix I did, follow the instructions on the back. I used a large mug to mix my ingredients for convenience.
Step 6: Remove your hardened chocolate shells from the fridge. Place a dollop of cookie dough in the center of each wrapper, and slightly flatten with the back of your spoon.
Step 7: Pour more chocolate over cookie dough until it is completely covered.
Step 8: Place your plate into fridge once again, and let them cool until the chocolate has hardened.
Step 9: ENJOY!
Feel free to customize the recipe as much as you’d like! Instead of using chocolate chip cookies, throw in a few teaspoons of cinnamon to make snickerdoodle dough. Try using white chocolate for the outer coating, instead of milk chocolate. Add caramel drizzle or sprinkles on top! Have fun with it!
