If you’re a major foodie like me, then get excited! The Annual South Carolina Food Truck Festival is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever! With over 35 food trucks attending, including Cola’s beloved 2Fat 2Fly, this event is sure to be a success.
The event will be this Saturday, April 30 from noon until 7:00 p.m. at the South Carolina State Fairgrounds. Tickets are $5 if bought in advance through Eventbrite, or $10 at the door. If you would like the VIP experience, which includes unlimited bottled water, dessert, and an extra hour at the festival, the cost is $20 in advance or $25 at the gate.
New to the festival this year is an unlimited beer sampling for those who are over 21. This will run from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and includes unlimited 2-ounce samples of all craft beers. A ticket to this costs $25 if bought in advance, with the price going up to $35 the day of the festival.
Parking will be available at Gates 6 and 10 for $5. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit back, relax, and enjoy the food and live entertainment.
