The 2016 Golden Globes did not disappoint this past Sunday. From Ricky Gervais’ explicit jokes, to Amy Schumer and JLaw’s #friendshipgoals and touching award speeches, it was a night to remember. However, the most glamorous wins were the looks found on the red carpet. These were some of our favorites:
Jaimie Alexander stunned last night in an edgy Genny piece. This plunging emerald green ensemble complemented Jaime’s fair skin while glowing down the red carpet.
Your favorite E! leading lady of the carpet, Giuliana Rancic, rocked this coral Alex Perry gown as her second look of the night. We’ll cut her some slack for wearing orange, but just this once ;) This gown fit her like a glove and those cutouts show off Giuliana’s killer abs! Excuse me while I do a few crunches…
White was a big trend on the carpet this time around. Orange is the New Black’s, Laverne Cox, hands down had the best-styled look of the night. She was a dream in this white Elizabeth Perry dress paired with a plum lip and gorgeous green statement earrings.
You may recognize this golden girl from Trainwreck or Room. Brie Larson may be considered a red carpet rookie, but she was dressed like a glowing veteran in this Calvin Klein gown. Brie also showed off her killer waistline alongside Giuliana in the cutout trend of the night. Stay tuned for more sequins~
Could she be more gorgeous? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was a vision in this Versace dress. Her blonde waves and glowing skin could not look more perfect with this gold gown.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum was a part of the sequin tribe of the night in this Zuhair Murad Couture piece. This midnight blue with silver details gives us starry night vibes.
Saoirse Ronan was enchanting in this classic Saint Laurent Paris gown. Might want to replace that cape with wings because she looks like an absolute angel!
Empire’s Taraji P. Henson was radiant in this custom Stella McCartney dress. This white gown also had a bit of sass on the back with a beautiful cape, fit for the queen that she is.
Zendaya was charming in this ruffled Marchesa piece. The detailing, the texture, everything about this was simply stunning on this beautiful young celeb.
Last, but certainly not least is Kirsten Dunst. She was alluring in this low-cut, velvet Valentino dress.
That’s a wrap on the Golden Globes fashion favorites. Be sure to visit us again soon for more awards season glamour to come!
