Hot girl walks are iconic. They’re an accessible way to better your physical health, but walks can also be the perfect time during our busy lives to learn something new — which is where podcasts come in! There are so many podcasts which ensures that everyone can find one they enjoy listening to. Here are my top 4 recommendations for your next hot girl walk.
A Better You by Fernanda Ramirez
Hosted by Youtuber Fernanda Ramirez, this is my all-time favorite podcast. Her authenticity and organized advice is just as effective in her podcast as it is through her youtube videos. Her bubbly personality really shines through her episodes which makes them entertaining. The episodes cover topics such as health, hobbies, and happiness. One of her recent episodes I loved was “The Law of Assumption: how to change your life & manifest your dreams!”
The Wellness Cafe with Trinity Tondeleir
This one is a self-improvement podcast that discusses goals, manifesting, and ways to balance a healthy lifestyle. (She started her podcast as a passion project during quarantine, so she definitely knows how to manifest her dreams.) Trinity’s voice has many fluctuations which really makes you feel like she’s speaking right to you. And, with over 130 episodes, you’ll be able to go on long walks without running out of new episodes to enjoy! A recent episode I enjoyed was “7 ways to prevent winter blues.”
Articles of Interest
This one’s for all the fashion girlies who want to learn more about “what we wear.” From episodes on advice to gathering a wardrobe to exploring uniforms worn in prison, there’s truly one for everyone’s interests. This podcast is so versatile, so it’ll be interesting whether you’re a fashionista, looking to develop your personal style, or a history buff looking for a niche topic to explore. An episode I loved was “On Pointe” which explores the ballet shoe through interviews with professional ballerinas.
The Clever Girls Know
This podcast, by Clever Girls Finance, offers financial guidance for women of all ages. The episodes feature topics like budgeting, managing debt, dealing with financial fears, and how to find financial freedom. Their website even has free courses to help women learn more about finances as well as a blog and newsletter. This is a great resource for anyone looking to increase their knowledge about personal finance and offers a chance to be inspired by other empowered women and their stories. An episode I found informational was “The Biggest Areas Where Women Play Small With Their Money With Meghan Dwyer.”
