With exam season drawing to a close it’s time for the annual event on every Southampton University student’s summer bucket list- The Jesters Cider Festival. Spanning the 31st May-2nd June you have a choice of 3 days to attend this glorious event. For you newbies the aim of the game is to last in the Palace of Dreams for 12 hours to claim your very own highly sought after Gold Card. So how to get involved? Head to the Jesters Facebook page for all the details of booking your place. In the meantime here’s all you need to know: the day consists of 12 beautiful hours of boozing, live music and a BBQ (it’s hardly Michelin star but who cares after a few ciders anyway!) It’s the perfect way to end the year and begin the festival season.
