Ingredients:Â
- 115g softened butter
- 55g caster sugarÂ
- 175g plain flour
- 1-2 tbsp milkÂ
- fruit flavoured boiled sweetsÂ
Method:
- Set the oven to 180 decrees centrigrade. Line a baking sheet.
- Beat the butter and sugar until thick, pale and creamy.
- Sift the flour, and mix in the butter and sugar together. Stir in the milk, then knead the mixture to form a soft ball of dough.
- Roll out onto a floured surface until about 1/2cm thick, then cut it into shapes with biscut cutters.
- Cut a hole in the middle of each shape and but half a sweet intside it. bake for fifteen minutes until goldern.
- Cool on a wire rack.Â
