Be forewarned, this is a very basic article, but if you love Thin Mints and all things yummy read on! Ok, first of all my go to Starbucks order is usually an iced coffee black without cream or sugar year around. If I am feeling fancy, I will order an iced Americano made the same way though. If I am wanting to splurge in the calorie department, I will get an iced coffee/Americano with toffee nut and light on the half and half. Today I strayed away from my usual order to try their new Frappuccino!
I usually do not get Frappuccinos because one- they are full of empty calories and two- how are they considered coffee?! Anyway, anyone who knows me knows that one of my favorite flavor combinations is chocolate and mint! So yummy! During Girl Scout season, I will splurge and buy a box of Thin Mints or two. I don’t know about y’all, but I love my Thin Mints frozen! This drink, the Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino (yes, the name is long and annoying haha even the barista gave up on it), tastes exactly like if you were to put frozen Thin Mints in a blender and added milk!
And for those who don’t like coffee, you honestly can’t taste any coffee in this drink at all, but there is always the coffee free cream based version if you’re scared to taste a hint of coffee in this drink. Â
If you love mint and chocolate, then give this drink a try! Remember that Frappuccino happy hour starts this Friday, y’all!
