What’s your favorite memory at St. John’s so far? The best memory has to be all the people I have met. I can’t narrow it down to one memory because being that St. John’s is so diverse, I have made so many memories meeting people from all over the country, all over the world, with different personalities and different lifestyles. So my favorite memory has to be meeting the different cultures and personalities of the students and faculty here. Â
If you could change anything about your college experience, would you? Why or why not?I wouldn’t change a thing because everything I experience here has grown me into the person I am today, from the negative experiences to the positive ones, I wouldn’t change a thing.
One piece of advice you would give to next year’s incoming freshmen class?I would say to be active on campus. No matter if it’s greek life, student organizations, intramurals, or anything you find interesting that is offered on campus, just be active on campus because that enhances your experience so much more. Â
I know you’re the president of the SJU Homeland Security Student Association and the newly elected president of your fraternity (congrats btw!), how difficult do you find balancing school and being the president of two large orgs on campus? It’s not easy to balance, but it’s worth it. I’m very passionate about both organizations and what they are about, so when you care for something as much as I do for these two organization, it makes it easier.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?I want to be working for a federal agency such as the FBI, DIA, or CIA as an intelligence analyst.
