Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! What would this festive season be without the warmth of liquor? Whether you’re trying to drink away the pain that comes with family dinner or partying with old friends from high school, here are some cute and classy holiday favorites to sip on.

 

Christmas in a Glass

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco, or other sparkling dry white wine, well chilled
  • 1 bottle gingerbread flavored syrup (or cranberry flavored syrup)

Instructions

1.     Pour the Prosecco into as many glasses as desired.

2.     Add a capful of the syrup to each glass of the Prosecco, to taste.

Rum Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark spiced rum
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 (12-oz.) bottles ginger beer or ale
  • frozen cranberries

Instructions

1.     Stir together spiced rum, white rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and beer in a punch bowl.

2.     Add ice.

3.     Garnish with frozen cranberries, if desired.

Eggnog Martini

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of brandy, your choice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice, plus more for garnish
  • 8 cups whole milk
  • 6 large egg yolks

Instructions

1.     Set a large fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl. Place bottom of bowl in an ice bath; set aside. Off heat, in a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg, and pumpkin-pie spice. Gradually whisk in 4 cups milk, while incorporating the cornstarch. Whisk in egg yolks.

2.     Whisking constantly, cook over medium heat until the first large bubble sputters, 10 to 12 minutes. Reduce heat to low; cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute more. Remove from heat; immediately pour through sieve into bowl. Stir in remaining 4 cups milk. Let cool completely in bowl still set in ice bath.

3.     Just before serving, stir in brandy, and ladle into glasses; garnish with pumpkin-pie spice.

Baileys Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 3.5 ounces of Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 1 cup Hot Chocolate

Instructions

1.     Prepare Hot Chocolate, as directed, and add Baileys.

Chocolate Raspberry Freeze

Ingredients

  • 2 parts SVEDKA Raspberry
  • 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
  • 1 part heavy cream
  • 6-8 raspberries
  • Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Instructions 

1.     Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed for 10-20 seconds.

2.     Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a raspberry.
