Here are some easy and quick ways to have a productive study session, allowing you to stay open-minded and adaptable when things don’t go your way as planned. You can make difficult tasks more manageable and less overwhelming by finding the right approach and breaking them down into smaller, more achievable components. You don’t need to put a lot of pressure on yourself or overthink things when something can be very simple, and you might not grasp it immediately; however, that doesn’t mean you should surrender; instead, you keep trying, persevering and pushing through until you succeed.

The first way to clear your mind is to put yourself in a better place after a stressful week of test-taking and consuming a lot of information; you should have some soothing background sounds and songs just to clear your mind, reset, and rebrand yourself. So, to have a productive session, you should grab a notebook, a pen and some highlighters. It’s best to work on paper to really understand your material. It’s easy and quick to do, and it’s also easier to remember, especially if you’re taking a test highlighting keyword key factors to help stand out, and you’ll remember it faster.

Making flashcards, whether physical or online, can help you study better and memorize keyword factors and phrases more quickly and efficiently, and you can do it as many times as you need for the information to stick. When things come up on your test or essay, it’s easier to remember. You can use Quizlet quizzes for making flash cards. It’s a quick and easy way to understand some material, even if you do it by hand.

The day before the test, go out, enjoy yourselves, have time with your friends, just take your mind off of the test or project and then when you come back home from a day of fun, revise fast. Don’t do it too hard. If you’ve been thinking about something, take a quick look to ensure you revise it before you’re fully committed. Get a nice rest the next morning.

I hope you find these ways helpful and try them in the upcoming finals week.

I love going to new places and exploring the outdoors. Going out with my friends having a fun time.
