Psychology and Education!! My current plan is to become a school counselor for middle school and high school students!

GO BILLS BBY (NY Teams are the best teams) lol

 

What is your dream job? Why?:

School Counselor! I’m excited about this Master’s program and my career path!

 

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why?:

Italy and Greece! I was supposed to be there this summer but was unable to go due to covid :(

 

Why did you choose to attend St. Lawrence?:

I loved the atmosphere and the people that I met before coming here!!

 

Favorite On-Campus Meal (indicate dining place)? Why?:

Cheese Quesadilla w/ Extra cheese! extra cheese makes it way better

 

Favorite Off-Campus Restaurant/Eatery (and why?):

Mama Lucias, their pasta, and bread are delicious!

 

What is on your must-have college packing list as a Laurentian/as a St. Lawrence student? Why?:

A warm winter jacket! It gets very cold and windy up here in the winter.

 

Where is your favorite place to study on campus? Why?:

The student center with some friends!

 

Why did you join Her Campus at St. Law U? What are you looking forward to with HC St. Law U?:

It looked so fun, and I can’t wait to spend more time with this fantastic group of girls!

 

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?:

I love re-reading the Harry Potter books and spending time with my friends!

Hi I'm Alix DiOrio! I am a senior at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. I am studying Psychology and Education with hopes of becoming a school counselor in the future!
