Cooking on Campus: Nutella Sandwiches

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at St Olaf chapter.

Sometimes, all we need is a yummy, healthy snack to keep us motivated through hours and hours of homework. In a dorm room, our snacks can become boring after a while of eating the same crackers or granola bars day after day. This recipe is the perfect replacement for those boring old snacks!

With finals coming up, these snacks would make the perfect study break snack. Nutella Sandwiches are incredibly easy to make and even healthy, as far as chocolate goes.  I love this snack because, well, who doesn’t love Nutella? And mixing fruit (especially strawberries) with chocolate is always a perfect combination.

*While I used Nutella for these, you could also use peanut butter or melted chocolate chips. I found that mixing peanut butter and Nutella on one cracker is extra yummy.

All you need is:
1 jar of Nutella
A Box of Graham Crackers
Fruit of your choice (bananas, strawberries etc)

Simply spread Nutella (or peanut butter or melted chocolate chips) onto a graham cracker square

Place cut up fruit on graham cracker square

Enjoy! :)

P.S. Thanks to my sister, Charlotte, for the awesome pictures!
