This week on the KSTO Radio Times: a lovely little show called Murphy’s Law.
Murphy’s Law is a music program, like the majority of programs on KSTO. It focuses more on modern contemporary stuff, the sort of thing that the young kids are into these days. (My style of music is typically at least twenty years old. But that’s just me). That being said, I really enjoyed this program. There’s a good mix of well-known and obscure in there. There are songs that are so popular that even I have heard them on commercial radio, such as “Bang Bang” by Jessie J and “Chandelier” by Sia, but then there are lesser-known songs. For example, there was a song at the beginning, a sort of a rave song called “Euphoria,” which is kind of like what I felt listening to.
Murphy’s Law is hosted by Rachel Murphy ’15. I’ve only met her in passing, but at least I approve of her taste in music. Murphy’s Law broadcasts on Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:00. It can be listened to here. It’s totally worth it. My rating: 8.5/10.
