It’s that time of year again and with the weather not deciding if we are in summer yet, we all need to take extra care!
1. Keep wrapped up!
The sun maybe shining but that doesn’t mean its warm outside! By all means wear a lighter jacket but keep a scarf on hand. We don’t want to catch any nasty throat infections just before exams.
2. Eat healthily!
When we are sitting studying all day we love chocolate to snack on which is great, as chocolate makes us happy! However try and have regular meals with your 5 a day as well as a well balanced diet. It’s the only way to get all the nutrients in your body that you need to study! Why not try tuna? Full of omega 3 which gives you brain power.
3. Exercise!
We are not asking that you run a marathon, just that you take a brisk walk now and then to give yourself some fresh are and waken you up.
4. Sleep
We need sleep to function and it’s the only way to get the energy you need to study! Try at least 6.5-8 hours a night. You never know in the morning you might be jumping out of bed.
5. Relax!
No one can study all day! We need a break once in a while so don’t forget to take time out for yourself.
