What are some of your hobbies/ interests outside of Suffolk?

I’m the queen of naps, haha. I love hanging out with friends, trying new coffee places, going to concerts, wandering the city and doing yoga.

How does yoga impact your life?

I started seriously practicing yoga 10 or so months ago, and as corny as it may sound, it’s changed my life. I always have such a hectic schedule that I’m usually always stressed about something, and yoga has definitely mellowed me out. It’s also taught me that persistence and inevitable failure can lead to serious growth, and it’s made me feel comfortable in my own skin.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I’ve been a vegetarian for seven years now! And I’m scared of cats.

Tell us a typical day in the life of you?

I wake up and start my day with a cup of coffee before my whirlwind days start. Half the week I spend my days interning at Teak Media + Communications, a small public relations firm in Southie for non-profits in the Boston area. On the days I’m not interning, I’m on campus in classes! After my internship/classes, I’m either at yoga or hanging out with friends!

Who would play you if they made a movie about your life?

Reese Witherspoon. She’s so funny and sassy! I’m obsessed with her and Legally Blonde will always be one of my favorite movies.

If you were stranded on a deserted island what 3 things would you bring with you?

A brita filter, a blanket… And could I bring Alyssa?

If you could live in one place right now, where would it be?

Madrid! I miss it so much.

What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?

I’d say just making it to the point of being completely happy with myself and proud of where I am in my life! I have an amazing family and group of friends, I love my classes and internship… I’m so happy with myself and my life, which isn’t always easy to say!

What is your dream job?

Not sure, TBH. I’m really interested in investigative reporting, but also love the PR internship I have now. So in the near future, I’ll be doing one of the two!!
