Mockingjay Part I: This is the first part of the two film adaptation of the third book in the Hunger Games Trilogy. So what can we learn to expect? In this film, we’ll get to see the battle between the rebels in District 13 and the Capitol. It should be a good show, with many new characters and Katniss shooting an arrow at a fighter plane making it explode. I haven’t read the third book myself but from watching the first two movies, you can be certain that it will be very action packed. I’m also very curious about whether Philp Seymour Hoffman died before or after they finished filming and if it was before, what did they do with his character? Anyway, here’s the trailer so see for yourself:

The Imitation Game: This should be an interesting one! Benedict Cumberbatch (congratulations to him and Miss Sophie Hunter for getting engaged recently!) plays a British mathematician who breaks the Nazi code during World War II and also has personal problems. From the trailer, I can see that it will be more of an emotional film and also very interesting. I personally am excited to see how the code was broken and the sort of life-and-death-game between the Nazis code and Turing himself and also the repercussions of that. We also get to see the world’s first computer. I’m also eager to see how they pull off those big secrets and to see a part of history on film. It’s sure to be an emotional ride.

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies: The final Middle Earth movie that we’ll get most likely. I just don’t see them making the Silmarillion into a film. So what can we expect? Well, it’s sure to be emotional since *spoiler alert* at least four main characters are going to die, with an incredibly amazing battle sequence. I personally don’t expect it to be as jaw-dropping as the Battle of Helm’s Deep, or the Siege of Minas Tirith. However, I am expecting it to be a solid finale. I’m really excited to see how they’re going to pull off all the character conflicts from the book and looking forward to hearing Billy Boyd sing the song in the credits to which I will probably cry.
