- Boxing day- All my closest friends know I love Little Mix and one of the members Leigh-Anne Pinnock starred in the movie. I haven’t watched the movie yet but by looking at the trailer, I know this movie will be a hit. It has the classic romantic Christmas vibes while being very diverse. By the trailer, I will give it a 9.5/10. I left out the 0.5 because I haven’t watched the movie yet.
- Holidate– From the characters to the plot, I really enjoyed watching this movie. The usual plot of two strangers with no common interests who come together during the holidays to avoid questions like “When are you getting married?” and “When will you have children?” from their families. My rating is 9/10
- Princess Switch 3- I love Christmas movies, especially from Netflix, but this movie wasn’t it. They should have stopped after the 2nd one; there was no need to make another movie. The first few minutes weren’t captivating to me, and if it’s not eye-catching at first, I don’t bother to continue. My rating is 5/10
- Jingle jangle: A Christmas Journey- I love musicals; this movie really filled my soul. This movie was magical, colorful, exciting, and original. I loved that the main cast was black because nowadays it’s important to showcase movies with different ethnicities. The actor, Forest Whitaker, was amazing. I loved that he tapped into a different role than his usual roles on tv. I felt the same way about Anika Noni Rose and her voice. With this, my rating is 10/10.
