The ongoing joke is that Hollywood heartthrob, Leonardo DiCaprio is lacking in a certain area… Well he’s certainly not lacking the gorgeous factor! DiCaprio has previously been nominated for an Oscar four times, but has never won! Here are seven times the star got gypped out of an Oscar:

Bad boy Leo is so hottttt! Nuff said.
4. The Wolf of Wall Street
He got another Golden Globe under his belt after this blockbuster, but he was left empty-handed in the 2013 Academy Awards. How did that crazy drug-induced performance not get a nod from the Academy?!
5. Titanic
This movie is what MADE Leo! Unfortunately, he didn’t even get a single nomination for this performance. Perhaps it is because the Academy is not full of bias teenage girls. If it was, he’d be giving away his Oscars for free. You won in my book, Leo! I’ll never let go, Jack!
6. The Great Gatsby
DiCaprio’s portrayal of the famous character, Jay Gatsby, created by author F. Scott Fitzgerals left movie-goers amazed. Although he wasn’t even NOMINATED for an Oscar for this performance, we thought we’d mention it. He made fans of the classic novel very proud.
7. The Revenant
And finally, the Revenant was uh-mazaing! He literally froze his butt off. Talk about method acting! This has to be Leo’s year, but if he doesn’t win maybe he should consider boycotting the Oscars, too.
