Every time I come back from the salon, I wish I could keep my blowout forever. I have tried using all sorts of hair products and hair-dryer techniques but my hair was always too frizzy and I ended up straightening it anyways. It wasn’t until I saw the Dyson Blowdryer Brush that I knew I could get the same results at home. However, that brush set was $500! There was no blowout worth that kind of money. So I researched some dupes and came across the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer. This was the holy grail…. Similar results to the Dyson brush but only $40? Sign me up! I asked my parents for it for Christmas and it is still one of the best gifts I have ever received and let me tell you why.Â

This brush has a large attachment so it dried large sections of my hair easily (keep in mind that I have thick, frizzy hair). The handle was comfortable to hold so my hand did not cramp up when I went through each section. There are three settings, cool, low, and high, that give the tool more versatility.Â

The best way to use it, however, is with hair products. When I use it without my Chi Silk Infusion Hair Serum, my hair is straight but it’s still slightly frizzy with less bounce. With the anti-frizz serum, my hair looks gorgeous and I feel like I just stepped out of the salon. Additionally, it takes a lot less time for me to do my hair. Before I used the brush, I took 30 minutes to properly blowdry and straighten my hair. With the brush, I’m done in 15! If you want to save time and look fantastic, this hot tool is a must.Â
