As a college girl, I naturally drink way too much coffee. Last year I went to school in Dallas and clearly, this year I live in Fort Worth and attend TCU. Over these past 2 years Iâve spent way too much time at coffee shops, but theyâre definitely my happy place. Iâve come up with a fun little list of my favorite coffee shops in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Whether youâre a coffee connoisseur, occasionally like a cappuccino, or absolutely HATE coffee but love a delicious chai latte, all-of-these shops are a must!
Mudsmith:
Mudsmith is an amazing coffee shop with deliciously crafted lattes, drip coffee, shaved ice, teas, kombucha on draft (with a fun option to add bubbles to make it a mimosa), fresh squeezed juices, and for the mature audience, beer on tap and wine. Mudsmithâs atmosphere makes you feel as if youâre living in the â50âs. Let Mudsmith pull out your artistic side. Sit back and sip on your beverage of choice in Dallas OR Fort Worth! Check out their website for location details! http://www.mudsmithcoffee.com/
Café Brazil
Although CafĂ© Brazil may not be your âtypicalâ go-to coffee shop, they make one of the best lattes Iâve ever had. If youâre looking for a place to go that has a novel of food options and a delicious cup oâ joe or a homemade latte, look no further than CafĂ© Brazil! If youâre in the mood for a decadent and sweet creation be sure to try the Rocky Road Latte- dessert for breakfast! Bewareâtheyâre HUGE. Luckily for you, there are multiple CafĂ© Brazilâs in both Dallas and Fort Worth! http://cafebrazil.com/

Brewed
Ever since coming to TCU, I am a frequent visitor at Brewed. They have delicious lattes, drip coffee, and eats! My absolute favorite appetizer is the Pretzel Stick that comes with two amazing dips: cheese and mustard. The Mac nâ Cheese is also to DIE for. Now if you want dessert in a cup, get the Thai- Licious. Yum Yum YumâŠ..
