Q: What is Trunk Club?

A: “Trunk Club was started to solve a simple problem – shopping for clothes in stores or online just doesn’t work for most people. It’s overwhelming, inconvenient, and takes way too much time. With Trunk Club, men and women discover awesome clothes that are perfect for them without ever having to go shopping. We combine top brands, expert service, and unparalleled convenience to deliver a highly personalized experience that helps everyone look their best.

We start by scouring the planet for the very best in apparel, curating an ever-evolving assortment of pieces from our favorite designers. With the best inventory anywhere as our point of departure, a Stylist on our team hand-selects a trunk of items based on each customer’s needs and tastes. They keep what they love and send the rest right back to us, at no cost to them.

Our team is based in Chicago, IL and has grown to over 1000 employees since starting out in December 2009. We recently joined the Nordstrom family and have locations in Washington, DC, New York City, Dallas, TX, and Los Angeles, CA.”

Q: What makes Trunk Club unique from other clothing or shopping experiences?

A: “Far and away, the relationships that are developed amongst our stylists and their clients is what makes Trunk Club stand out from other retailers and e-commerce competitors. We focus on delivering exceptional customer service and providing the absolute best all-around experience for our clients on any given day.”

 

Q: Describe your role with Trunk Club. How long have you been with the company?

A: “I have been with Trunk Club since November 2015. As the HR Associate, I assist with recruiting efforts, the onboarding process, supporting our sales and sales support team, and any and all other administrative tasks! I have grown tremendously as an individual and as a professional during these past five months working for Trunk Club. It has been the absolute best experience of my life!”

 

Q: What else should we know about your company?

A: “Dallas was the first expansion office for Trunk Club. Shortly thereafter, we opened our DC, LA, and NYC locations. Pride (Texas pride) is certainly something that is felt in our TCTX clubhouse.”

 

Q: What sort of talent are you looking for to join your team?

A: “We are looking for passionate, motivated, and eager individuals with an interest in and/or prior experience in sales. If you thrive in fast paced environments, want to be part of a high-energy and high impact team, we want to meet you!”
