What do you love about TU the most?
During my first year, I was very involved on Temple’s campus. I became an active member of the Organization of African Student, where I helped to host the Mr. & Miss Temple Africa Pageant. Through this organization I was introduced to so many people I would not have met by just walking down Liacouras walk. I can honestly say that college is what you make it, and Temple makes it even more enjoyable because of the resources and hundreds of student organizations that we offer. Philadelphia is now my home away from home, and I have Temple to thank for that!
Future Goals and Aspirations?
My short term goal is to graduate from Temple with honors and to also get accepted into the graduate school of my dreams. As a public health major, my interest lies within International health. My ultimate goal is to travel the world to reduce health disparities in underserved populations. I aspire to advocate for the most effective use of funds to discover and develop new medical interventions and bring them into use in the countries they are needed the most.
