This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Texas chapter.

Songs to listen to while you’re ordering pumpkin spice lattes till you lose count!

  1. The 1975 – I’m in Love with You

Just like the song suggests, I’m in love with The 1975! This song has been on repeat, and they just released their latest album, Being Funny in a Foreign Language, so definitely go give it a listen!

  1. The Neighborhood – Void

Yes, Sweater Weather is a classic, but there are so many more songs in their discography that capture the same nostalgia!  Now go binge listen to all of their albums, like right now.

  1. Gracie Abrams – Mess it Up

The chorus of the song is so catchy, and unfortunately relatable.

  1. The Temper Trap – Sweet Disposition

The fact that this song is played in 500 Days of Summer, and at the end of the film (spoiler alert) Joseph Gordon-Levitt meets a girl named Autumn? Coincidence? I think not.

  1. The Cranberries – Dreams

This is a song that my mom played a lot when I was younger, and it gives me this warm and cozy feeling everytime I hear the guitar riff play. The wave of nostalgia this song brings is unmatched.

  1. Lizzy McAlpine – all my ghosts

One of her best songs of her debut album, and the title itself being on theme for  halloween gives it extra points!

  1. Lana Del Rey – Cinnamon

With Sad Girl Autumn in full swing, Lana Del Rey has us covered and lets just say Cinnamon doesn’t disappoint.

  1. Young the Giant – Superposition

Such a beautiful song that makes me feel like the most single person on Earth.

  1. Taylor Swift – this is me trying

This song? A masterpiece. The album? Also a masterpiece. This song makes this season feel more like pumpkin spice and everything sad, depressing, and heartbroken, but then again it also describes exactly how I’ve been feeling this whole semester.

  1. Me & My Dog – Phoebe Bridger

This song makes me cry every single time without fail (but in the best way)!

Hey y'all! My name is Priya and I am a sophomore biology major at the University of Texas at Austin!
