Final Stretch—Stressed—Enough Said—Listen: Lofi Music Recommendations (Part 3: Spring 2020 Edition)

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Texas chapter.

This semester has definitely been out of the ordinary, which is why a little bit of ordinary can be a much-needed breath of fresh air. You know the drill: a collection of lofi playlists to help soothe you for these strange times.

Check out my previous collections too!

1. Very jazzy with a sprinkling of dreams and visions. (A few songs do have people speaking but give it a try!)

blue water – close your eyes (lo-fi/chill mix)

2. On the melodic side, this playlist plays on the ordinary sounds of life, like paper tearing, keys jingling, doors opening, and drawers sliding. Consider it like musical ASMR

Amplitude – lofi study mix for homework ~ [lofi hip hop / jazzhop / chillhop mix] – beats to chill/study/relax

3. The songs on this playlist have a bit more bounce to their backgrounds; great for a relaxing pick-me-up, just like that morning cup of coffee =)

Amplitude – wake me up with a morning cup of coffee ☕~ [lofi hip hop / jazzhop / chillhop mix]

4. Another jazz gem with soft piano and guitar melodies, these songs match a drowsy mood watching the rain

The Jazz Hop Café – lazy mood. [lofi / jazzhop / chill mix]

5. Okay, I’m technically skirting around the rules a bit to include this artist, but this is my article so I will allow it =^) This lofi-esque instrumental blend is perfect for the days to rock to, but a chill kind of rock
