After Thanksgiving break, students return to campus both refreshed and stuffed.  Refreshed because Thanksgiving comes at a perfect time right in the midst of papers, tests, and the beginning of finals.  And stuffed because Thanksgiving is the holiday known for having to unbutton your pants at the dinner table.  However, there must be a way to feel better after that giant Thanksgiving feast!!!   Here is a turkey-trimming workout you can do after returning from Thanksgiving break to make you feel better about that post Thanksgiving bod.

The first step is to get yourself out of bed!  It is the time of year where the temperature has dropped and getting out of bed for a morning workout can be quite difficult.  Follow this guide to lose your Turkey gut and start feeling slim in time for Santa to come!
