It’s already spring time, so we know what that means: It’s time to find a summer internship. If you haven’t found your perfect internship yet, here are five websites that might help with the seemingly impossible search:
1. Jumbo Jobs
A great starting place for Tufts students, this website lists jobs and internships as well as information about representatives who are looking to hire Tufts students. These representatives may also be coming to campus to meet potential candidates, so keep an eye out!
2. LinkedIn
Not only is LinkedIn a great place to gather professional contacts, but you can also use it to search for internships by going to the “Jobs” tab at the top of the page and typing “internships” into the search box. When you click on a company, you can see which of your contacts may have connections to people who work there; it’s all about the networking!
3. Internships.com
Internships.com is an extremely informative website and lists every internship you could possibly imagine. You can filter by job type, location, monetary gain, jobs seeking students with your major, and more. You can even see if any of your Facebook friends has a connection with the company, making networking that much easier!
4. Internmatch.com
Another great place to begin your search, Internmatch.com is easy to navigate and always produces many pages of promising results. You can also save internships so that you can go back to apply for them later.
5. Idealist.org
If you’re looking for an internship at a non-profit this summer, Idealist.org is the website for you. With an infinite number of job listings, there’s something for everyone.
