1.     Sound Bites

From omelets to stuffed French toast, Sound Bites’ menu has a wide variety of brunch options! They also offer unlimited coffee or tea, which makes this the perfect restaurant for a collegiette’s budget.  Plus, don’t forget to try their award winning pancakes!

2.     Mr. Crêpe

If you’re bored of the usual pancakes and eggs, then you should definitely check out Mr. Crêpe! It’s like a little slice of Paris right in Davis Square! Whether you’re craving sweet or savory, you’ll find both!

3.     The Friendly Toast

Like the name says, this place offers super friendly service! But that’s not the only thing you’ll love about this restaurant! Their fun décor and delicious menu options, like coconut pancakes and tofu-scramble, make this place perfect for brunch.  They even offer gluten-free items! And don’t worry –if you’re still craving eggs benedict at night, they serve breakfast all day!

4.     The Temple Bar

With choices like Cinnamon Mascarpone-Stuffed French Toast, Carrot Cake Pancakes, and the Cowboy Omelette, The Temple Bar is the perfect mix of sophisticated and casual! It’s located right between Porter and Harvard Square and makes for a great Sunday morning adventure!

5.    Foundry On Elm

The Foundry is a slightly more upscale restaurant, and slightly more expensive, but the splurge is definitely worth it! They offer a choice between either buffet-style or sit-down dining.  Their menu features traditional breakfast foods like omelettes and French toast, but with unique twists, such as the Cinnamon Sugar Challah French Toast, or the Breakfast Pizetta.  We also highly recommend trying the French Beignets!

6.     Renee’s Café

The fantastic service and delicious food will make this café one of your favorite Sunday morning destinations!  Their menu consists of simple, traditional, yet delicious breakfast foods! Some favorites are their “French” French toast, made with real French bread and their eggs benedict!

7.    Ball Square Cafe

Last on the list is the Ball Square Cafe.  This café offers create-your-own omelets, a wide range of different types of waffles, pancakes, and French toast, and plenty of coffee, teas, and juices! You will definitely leave feeling full, satisfied, and almost ready to write that paper you held off all weekend!
