1. Trøpical GreÄ“nÂ
- 1 generous handful of spinach
- 3-5 cubes of frozen pineapple
- Half a small frozen banana
- Cup of vanilla greek yougurt
- 3/4 cup of cold water
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (optional garnish)
Blend all ingredients together for 2 intervals of 30 seconds. Pour and enjoy!

2. Peanut-Butter Banana Protein Bläst
- A small frozen banana cut in 2
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- A scoop of vanilla hemp protein powder
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of flax seed
Blend all ingredients for 3 intervals of 20 seconds. Drink.

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana cut into chunks
