This has been an interesting time since Ualberta just announced that all classes will be moving
online (with some exceptions) because of COVID-19. Now although it will be a struggle for me
to become more structured and have better time management, this is also an excuse for me to
try out recipes that I have been wanting to for a while. So here are some recipes that I’m going
to try with the extra free time.
- Healthy Snickers Bars
-
Honestly, if you know me then you know that I love chocolate. Sometimes I love it too much
so I am excited to try a recipe that will be quite sweet but yet still has healthy ingredients.

- Chocolate Crunch Brownie
-
Another chocolate related recipe! This one also has healthy ingredients and even uses cereal
(which I also love) so I’m very excited for this one.

- Vegan Coconut Doughnuts
-
I’ve never made doughnuts before because I always thought that they were complicated to
make but this recipe says that it will only take 30 minutes. The ingredients are pretty simple
too so it doesn’t seem that complicated.

- Cripsy Potatoes with Vegan Nacho Sauce
-
Another thing that I love is potatoes!!! I also used to love cheese before I was vegan so I’m
always looking for a good substitute. The ingredients in here are also super easy to find if
you don’t have them and it says that the total time to make them is only 45 minutes!
