Tayna Poppett (@taynapoppett) has created her whole brand around Achieving Balance. On her website, she explains how being fit and healthy “is an outfit that looks different on everyone and that staying active does not necessarily mean ‘hitting the gym.'” You can see this on her Insta where she incorporates different workout methods along the beach, while hiking, or running beautiful country roads (#jealous). Her Insta is relatable because she does not favor one kind of workout, proving that as long as you’re moving, you’re on your way to your goals!Â
