When I think New Year’s Eve, two things come to mind: sparkles and champagne. Don’t settle for a plain bottle of bubbly and opt for these fun (and boozy) cocktails instead.

Champagne Margaritas:
Tequila and champagne? Umm, yes! This recipe is festive and refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1/2c fresh lime juice
- 1c silver tequila
- 1/2c orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau)
- 1 bottle champagne
- lime wedges, for rim
- salt, for rim
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir
- Run lime wedges around the rim of each glass and dip in salt
- Divide margaritas between glasses and garnish with a lime wedge

Sacré Sauvage
If you can’t get enough of rosé, try this citrus infused cocktail for a different take on your favorite drink.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. rosé champagne
- 2 oz. orange liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- orange zest
- blackberries, for garnish
Preparation:
- Add the champagne, liquor, and bitters into a glass over ice
- Run orange zest along the rim and drop into the glass
- Add blackberries for garnish, muddle the berries for added flavor

Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
This cocktail is elegant, tangy and sweet.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. pomegranate liqueur
- Brut Champagne, chilled
- Lemon peel strips, for garnish
Preparation:
- Add 1 oz. of pomegranate liqueur to each champagne flute
- Top off with champagne and stir
- Twist the lemon peels over each flute and add for garnish

Aristocrat Sparkling Punch
The name says it all. Sipping on this with your girls will make you feel classy and fabulous.
Ingredients:
- 1/2c sugar
- 1 bottle red burgundy
- 4 oz. brandy
- 2 bottles Brut Champagne
- 1 quart sparkling water
- strawberries
- Orange slices
Preparation:
- In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar into the red burgundy
- Add brandy, champagne, and sparkling water
- Place a block of ice into the bowl
- Decorate with strawberries and orange slices

Blood Orange, Campari & Rosemary Cocktail
If you’re looking to wow your guests, make this luxurious and sophisticated drink.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. blood orange juice
- 2 oz. Campari
- 1/2oz. rosemary simply syrup
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 5 rosemary sprigs
- Champagne, chilled
Preparation:
- Pour water and sugar into a pan. Heat until all sugar has dissolved and liquid is clear
- Add rosemary sprigs and let cool. Remove rosemary from simple syrup
- Mix blood orange juice, Campari and simple syrup into a pot. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Chill completely
- Pour into champagne flutes and top with champagne
