Summer went by crazy fast and I felt like I heard the same songs repeatedly on the radio. Here are 10 songs that are not commonly played. Enjoy!

This song is such a bop! When Post’s album came out, this one stood out to me and I have been jamming to it since.
2. “Want You Back” by 5 Seconds of Summer
The drummer and vocalist of this band, Ashton Irwin, revealed in an interview said: “‘Want You Back’ articulates the band we were, we are now and what we’re gonna be. That’s why I like it and that’s why we picked it.”
3. “My My My!” by Troye Sivan
On “My My My!,” Troye Sivan is at his most confident, with lyrics that tap into themes of freedom, sexuality and living in the moment.
4. “Bambi” by Hippocampus
This is a great song by this band that I discovered two years ago when they came to the University of Iowa.

Better or Better Now? This song is the newest from one of my favorite artists, Khalid, and it really tears at the heart. It also shares similar themes with one of my favorite songs “Marvins Room” by Drake.

8. “Love It If We Made It” by the 1975
“Love It If We Made It” is a social anthem, observing the volatile aspects of modern society, responding with a sentiment of hope and positivity with its upbeat sound.
9. “Paradise” by George Ezra
Ezra said the song was aiming to capture “a feeling that takes over when you’ve fallen in love” and was dedicated to his girlfriend and the early days of their relationship.
10. “Happier” by Marshmello ft. Bastille
“We’ve been having a great time writing for other artists in and amongst making our Bastille albums and mixtapes,” said Dan Smith, Bastille frontman, to NME. “Last year we wrote a song called ‘Happier’ and everyone got really excited about it, so we thought it would be good as a collaboration.
