Apparently actress Kristen Stewart has been working hard on playing the part of a vampire in the movie Breaking Dawn part II because she has recently admitted to suffering a foot injury after working on a reshoot.
Stewart, 22, told Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show” this past Friday that she sustained a nasty “puncture wound” when filming additional hunt scenes.
Wearing flats instead of heels, she told Leno, “We were doing some stuff for Breaking Dawn still, I keep thinking we’re done… It was cool though. I wasn’t trying to have ultimate swag when I walked out—I hurt my foot. I wasn’t trying to get out of wearing heels either. Puncture wound, promise!”
She also revealed that her on-screen daughter, Mackenzie Foy is the “coolest actress” she’s ever worked with.
Stewart, who was recently named Glamour UK’s Best Dressed Woman award for 2012, wore a Dolce & Gabbana James Dean t-shirt with a burnt orange Rebecca Minkoff blazer, J Brand jeans and oxford shoes by Bloch.
Part II of the film hits theaters this November. Stewart and her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, returned to Los Angeles from the film’s Vancouver set Thursday.
The hot celeb couple told Us Weekly that they made the most of their two-day reshoots by staying in their usual suite at a local hotel. “Tuesday they stayed in and hung out together, “ the insider told Us. “He just wanted to have a mellow night and order in.”
The couple, who’s dating rumors begin when they started filming the first of the series, Twilight, is still going strong and an insider told Us Weekly, “They’re doing great. They’re the most normal couple in the world.”
