February is American Health Month, meaning it’s the perfect time to encourage yourself, friends, and family to get active and healthy!  As of 2017, more than 2,300 Americans die each day of cardiovascular disease, which means now more than ever it is important to be aware of your health.  One easy way to work on your cardiovascular health is to do some cardio! Below are some great ideas to get active, most of which you can do from home!

  1. Snowshoeing
  2. Do a Nike Training Club workout (found in the app store)
  3. Jump rope
  4. Put on some music and have a dance party!
  5. Go for a run!
