Fall is here and we all know what that means: Halloween!! Not only do we have the excuse to eat copious amounts of candy (not that we need an excuse, am I right ladies?), but also we can finally start planning outfits and costumes without it being weird!  Not feeling confident enough to rock a Wonder Woman costume just yet?  No worries, I have you covered with five absolutely kick ass women who will get you moving in order to make you feel your best this Halloween.

 

1. Whitney Simmons @whitneyysimmons

If you give Whitney a follow, you will NEVER be short on workout ideas.  Her page is full of amazing content that she demonstrates with perfect technique.  Though most of her workouts are centered on weight lifting, she often has no equipment HIIT workouts and ab workouts that will leave you a sweaty mess.  Bonus: she has a YouTube channel that has full workouts and advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

2. Tanya Poppett @tanyapoppett

Weight training not really your thing?  No problem!  Tanya has some killer body weight workouts that are always creative and fun.  Think they look too easy?  Think again!  Tanya’s workouts are hard-core but I guarantee you will feel like a million bucks after.

Happen to recognize Ellie? That’s because she is a student here at the University of Maine studying Exercise Science!  Ellie is a personal trainer and an absolute BEAST.  Her account will not only inspire you to start moving, it will educate you on all things fitness.  Posts vary from weight lifting to body weight workouts to delicious food recipes guaranteeing that there is something for everyone.

Sarah Sapora keeps it real.  You won’t find her perfectly demonstrating workout moves without breaking a sweat; she will be huffing, puffing, sweating and struggling because hey, working out is HARD people.  Not only does Sarah show the harder side of working out, she believes that a strong, healthy mind is the way to a strong body.  What’s not to love?!
