Between classes, homeworkĀ and extracurricular activities, it can be difficult to find time to hit the gym. However, this does not have to stop you from getting your daily dose of exercise. After scouring Pinterest and other social media sites, I have found several workouts that can be done without any equipment! Whether youā€™re looking for some dorm-friendly exercises to tone upĀ or you need a way to blow off steam during midterms, these are the moves for you.
