It’s an hour before your registration appointment and you’re glued to your laptop screen.
You’re pissed because, as always, your appointment time is after everyone else’s.
Like, two days after everyone else.
You’ve watched Spire for days now and – you can’t believe it – none of your classes have closed.
You try logging in and, per usual, your wifi connection is slow.
The server finally loads and you click on your enrollment shopping cart, crossing your fingers.
As you scroll, your jaw drops. Blue squares everywhere. Not one. Not two. Three.
You’re hyperventilating.
You select the classes that are still open and press ‘enroll.’
‘Your session has expired.’ DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUN!
You start to freak out.
You log in, find your enrollment shopping cart and try again. You can do this.
More freakin’ blue boxes.
You try to keep your cool and enter another search.
You find a Gen Ed with open seats. A quick search on Rate My Professor makes your decision for you.
You decide to look through the results again and refresh the page. Wait, no!
You’re back where you started.
You take a deep breath and decide that Hampshire’s ‘Designing Treasure Hunts’ is probably more interesting anyway.
