Product Review: The Quick Flick – No More Winging Winged Eyeliner

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mass Amherst chapter.

For all of you makeup fanatics, winged eyeliner can be the most frustrating part of your daily routine. Whether it be making your wings too thick or long, or not even knowing where to start, winged eyeliner has the potential to ruin your entire day.

The Quick Flick has the solution to your problems.

Iris Smith is the creator of the Quick Flick, launched the popular stamp eyeliner in August 2017. The young entrepreneur has put our makeup worries at ease with the invention of a stamp on eyeliner coming in various colors and lengths.

I found out about this product after scrolling through multiple makeup tutorial videos on Instagram. At first, I was skeptical. I thought this product is too good to be true.

That being said, I put off the idea of buying the product. After a few weeks of still struggling to perfect my winged eyeliner look, I found the product again on my Instagram feed.

Still fully believing this product was too good to be true, I went onto the website to check out the reviews. With almost a perfect five-star rating, my interest in the product grew. I checked out a few more makeup gurus who all came to the same conclusion: this is a must-have, one of a kind product

To add onto this, after doing some research I found out that the company prides themselves of being cruelty-free and vegan-friendly.

So at this point, I figured: what do I have to lose?

On a full whim, I pulled out my credit card and ordered the product which turned out to be the best decision of my life.

I ordered the petite size (8mm) in the color called intense black and I can honestly say that I will never be going back to doing winged eyeliner by hand.

This product is quick and easy to use. The boxed set comes with two eyeliner stamps, one for each eye and an attached liquid eyeliner to add a sleek line on the eyelid or to make any corrections to the wing.

Before shipping and handling costs, the total of the product comes to $26.

The company offers three sizes: petite (8mm), modest (10mm) and grand (12mm) in various colors including: intense black, hot fudge, blue velvet, green envy.

They also offer an assortment of bundle options so you can show off your winged look and save a few extra bucks!

As if this could not get any better, there are always new eyeliner styles coming out. The most recent style is the “to the point” style which is a skinnier winged look, perfect for a day of class or night out with the girls.

If winged eyeliner is ruining your makeup routine or if you’re interested in trying a new look, The Quick Flick is a simple and painless solution.
